Effective date: October 2026
GxP Partners (“we,” “us”) operates gxppartners.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to respond to you, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, organization if you provide one, and your message.
The web server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. That’s a normal part of how web hosting works, and we use those logs only for security and troubleshooting.
The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them. Google’s own privacy policy covers that connection.
This site does not run advertising, does not use analytics trackers, and does not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How we use it
Contact form submissions go two places: an email to our team inbox, and a copy stored in the website’s database so a message isn’t lost if an email fails to deliver. We use your information to respond to your inquiry and for whatever follow-up you’ve asked for. Nothing else.
Who else handles it
A few service providers process data on our behalf as part of running the site. Our web hosting provider, InMotion Hosting, stores the website and its database, and Microsoft 365 handles our company email. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact submissions as long as they’re useful for the business relationship they relate to. If you’d like a submission deleted, ask us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@gxppartners.com and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
