About
We build software for work that can’t afford to fail.
GxP Partners is an Appian consulting firm. We’ve been at it since 2002, building process automation and AI for federal agencies, regulated companies, and government offices, the places where a system has to run correctly and prove that it did. It’s particular work. We’ve spent two decades learning to do it well.

The founder
It starts with Jim.
GxP was founded by Jim Hradecky. Before the company, before Appian, there was West Point and the 82nd Airborne. Jim served, was disabled in that service, and built GxP as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
That designation came before the company did. It’s who founded GxP and how he thinks. Jim still sits on the board of the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, which helps military families and veterans pay for education. The commitment didn’t end when the company started. It’s still going.
What the Army teaches you about software.
More than you’d expect. You plan for what goes wrong. You build so the person after you can pick it up. You don’t leave before the job is done. That’s how the work gets done around here, and it happens to be exactly what audited environments demand. Our clients feel it most in the years after launch, when a lot of firms have already moved on and we’re still there.

Today
Small on purpose.
We’re around sixteen people. We’ve been an Appian partner since 2009, one of the first, and Appian named us US Reseller of the Year for the highest net-new revenue across resell and sourced deals in North America. We work with agencies, with regulated companies, and with the systems integrators who bring us onto their contracts. Small enough that you talk to the people doing the work. Experienced enough that the work holds up.
