What we do
We build on Appian, for work that gets audited.
That means federal agencies, but not only them. Regulated companies, county offices, any operation where a process has to run right and prove it ran right. We’ve been an Appian partner since 2009. The work below is what we do most, and what we’ve done long enough to do well.
Process automation
The manual, paper-heavy work that slows an operation down. Claims. Grants. Contracts. Case management. We map how the process actually runs, then rebuild it on Appian so the steps that used to take weeks take days. 508-compliant interfaces, role-based access, audit trails on every step: that’s how we build from the start, because our clients get checked.
Modernization
Some systems you can’t rip out and replace. They’re load-bearing. We rebuild aging applications on a platform made for scale and compliance, and wire them into what you already run instead of forcing a clean break. Where AI earns its place, validating data, catching discrepancies, flagging what a human should look at, we keep it inside the process controls. Traceable. Governed. Never a black box making decisions no one can explain.
Long-term support
Most shops are gone once the system ships. That’s when the real questions start. We stay: maintenance, enhancements, and the institutional memory of why the system was built the way it was. A platform two years in, still healthy, is worth more than a flashy launch. Most teams learn that the hard way.
Products
Software we’ve already built.
Most Appian consultancies only consult. We also ship products, live on the Appian AppMarket, that agencies and companies use in production today.
Grants Manager
Runs the full grant lifecycle for grantors and grantees alike, with a 508-compliant applicant portal and a clean audit trail on every action.
Contracts Manager
Handles the contract lifecycle end to end, with DocuSign built in.

Both are ours. Both are live. Both are things you can go look at right now.
How the work starts.
A lot of it comes through teaming partners who need proven Appian people and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business on the contract. Some comes direct, from an agency or company with a process that isn’t working and needs fixing. Either way, we’re straightforward to work with, and we’re still around after go-live. That’s the part that matters most, and the part most teams undervalue until it’s too late.
